Apple Cider Vinegar, Vegetable Capsule Shell (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose), Lactobacillus acidophilus-CCTCC M 201 3337, Cayenne Powder (Capsicum frutescens L.) fruit, Ginger Root Powder (Zingiber officinale Rosc.), Fructooligosacharides (FOS), Black Pepper Powder (Piper nigrum L.) fruit, Lactobacillus casei-LC18 (Lacticaseibacillus casei), Lactobacillus rhamnosus-LR22 (Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus), Bifidobacterium breve-BB8, Turmeric Extract (Curcuma longa L.) root.

Directions

Take 3 capsules daily with a glass of water.

Do not exceed stated dose. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication or under medical supervision it is advisable to consult a GP prior to taking any supplements.
