Each tablet contains a high strength of 200mcg per tablet. Vitamin K2 is an important fat-soluble vitamin; it contributes to the maintenance of normal bones (claim substantiated by EFSA – European Food Safety Authority). It works by directing the calcium to the bones and away from blood vessels and kidneys. It then activates a protein that helps bind the calcium to the bones.
